A fabrication method for adaptive dielectric gradient insulating components

چکیده

Dielectric gradient components have advantages in electric field mitigation and insulation improvement. In this paper, we propose a fabrication method for adaptive dielectric using situ AC field, including the mechanism corresponding operational procedures industrial applications. Based on polarisation self-assembly effect of filler particles liquid matrix, chain-like structure high strength region is constructed to enhance local permittivity mitigate maximum spatial field. The basin insulator prepared by method, its flashover voltage increased 12.8% compared with that homogeneous insulator, improvement 20.8% when metal are present surface. more non-uniform initial is, greater voltage. This expected promote application insulating components.
